Weight Loss and Weight Management Programs
Salus’ Weight Loss Programs provide accountability and feedback that other programs lack. Instead of traditional weight loss programs that focus only on calorie counting, Salus’ Weight Loss Programs focus on proven methods of exercise combined with healthy eating. We follow researched guidelines by the American College of Sports Medicine and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in setting realistic and achievable weight loss goals.

Salus has developed two programs based on our company's model of individualized attention and feedback (Elite and Select Weight Loss Coaching). Each program begins by meeting with a coach to set up a reasonable weight loss goal and to determine if you are ready to participate in an interactive feedback weight loss program. You will fill out a detailed questionnaire and health history to help both you and your coach determine what your biggest obstacles are and what special considerations will need to be made to reach your goal safely.

With this goal in hand, your coach will create a detailed step-by-step plan. This plan will include cardiovascular and strength training along with nutritional guidance and tracking.
