The Salus Wisconsin Corporate Championship 5K Run and 2.1 Mile Walk, sponsored by Harley-Davidson Motor Company and presented by Good Harvest Market Organic Foods, is designed to promote employee health and wellness by creating an event that provides competition and camaraderie along with wellness education and resources.

This 5K Run and 2.1 Mile Walk will take place on Saturday, May 19, 2012 in downtown Milwaukee, with the race start/finish line and After Race Wellness Expo being held at the Harley-Davidson Museum®. All event proceeds will benefit our local chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).

The Salus Wisconsin Corporate Championship is a unique event as the only corporate focused run/walk in Wisconsin. This event is being offered specifically to help companies foster healthy lifestyle choices and a commitment to wellness, all while participating in a fun and exciting competition.

All fitness levels and abilities are welcome to participate in either the walk or run. For your organization to participate as a scored running team, participants must register in one of the following:

• Men’s Team consisting of 4 (or more) male coworkers
• Women’s Team consisting of 4 (or more) female coworkers
• Mixed Team consisting of 2 (or more) male coworkers AND 2 (or more) female coworkers

While a minimum of 4 coworkers is required for a scored running team, there is no maximum limit to the number of participants per team!

• Company that has raised the most funds for the MDA prior to race day
• Company (small, medium and large) with the highest percentage of participation on race day
• Company with the greatest overall number of participants on race day
• Fastest Team (Men’s, Women’s and Mixed)
• Fastest Finisher (Male and Female)
• Fastest "C" Level Finisher (Male and Female)
• Fastest Masters Level Finisher (Male and Female)
