Participant Information
Registration
Your company needs to start their registration process by choosing a Company Coordinator. The Company Coordinator will need to register their respective company for participation in the Salus Wisconsin Corporate Championship as their first step. After the Company Coordinator creates the company profile, individual employees will be able to register under this company profile. During registration, each employee will choose a team category that they are interested in participating for: Female (fastest 4 females score), Male (fastest 4 males score), or Mixed (fastest 2 females and 2 males score). After all participants have registered, the Company Coordinator will need to finalize their company participant roster to determine if any individuals should be moved to a different team category. This is particularly important for smaller companies to ensure they are able to complete a full team in one of the three team categories. The company coordinator should also use this list to confirm the employment status of each registered participant. Race day registration will only be available for individuals that work for preregistered companies (there is no race day registration for companies); employment status will be confirmed post-race as needed.
Each company that registers is encouraged to submit a corporate logo that will be printed on the race t-shirts of pre-registered employees and on banners that will line the start / finish area. The deadline for logo submission is April 30th, 2011. The banners and logo on race t-shirts are a way to show off your corporate colors and promote your company’s participation in the Salus Wisconsin Corporate Championship.
A company must have a minimum of four (4) employees registered and form one (1) team in one (1) of the three categories. After one complete team is formed, there is no limit to the number of employees registered for each company and each team category. Each company is encouraged to enter teams of employees in each of the three team categories. Team category scores will be determined by adding the times of the four (4) fastest runners for each company in each of the team categories. Each employee can only score once, for the one (1) team category that is chosen upon registration.
Employees that are not running or walking are welcome to attend the Salus Wisconsin Corporate Championship to support their co-workers. These employees are welcome to volunteer at the event, fundraise for the MDA, and participate in the raffle to benefit MDA. All employees and their families are welcome to attend the post-race wellness expo. Expo booths and sponsorship opportunities are available. Please contact Salus with sponsorship inquires.

All entry fees must be rendered before a team can be finalized. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in the case of an event cancellation. Race packets will not be available for pick up until all entry fees are paid.

Companies and participants have two options:
1)Individual participants may pay as they register on-line or on race day.
2)A company may pay for employee registration in part or in full prior to the event (this is not available for race day registration).
a. The company will need to contact Salus to set this up through the registration system.
b. The discount can be for the full registration fee or a fixed amount with the remainder due by the employee at the time of registration (i.e. the company pays for $10 of the $30 and the registration fee and the employee is responsible for $20).
All event proceeds benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).
