Personal Training
Our degreed and certified team of trainers at Salus holds a combined 54 years of training and athletics experience. We specialize in 1-on-1 and group style training for everyone from the couch potato to the elite athlete. We will customize your personal training sessions to cater to your specific needs and goals. Whether your goal is sport specific or for injury prevention, our fun and creative staff will design a program to keep you focused.
One Hour Private Sessions
You will meet with a certified personal trainer for 1-on-1 personal training sessions. These sessions are geared to your specific goals and will include strength and flexibility training and cardiovascular conditioning. The highest success rates are seen with this type of training due to 1-on-1 guidance and increased adherence to the training program.
$65 per hour (package discounts available)
One Hour Semi-Private Sessions
Bring your small group of 2 to 4 people for a Semi-Private Session. This is a version of our One Hour Private Sessions that allows you to workout with your friends or family in a comfortable atmosphere. These sessions are geared to your group’s goals and will include strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular training.
$85 for 2 people
$100 for 3 people
$110 for 4 people
Consultations - $35 per half hour
If you feel that you aren’t quite ready to take that next step into one of our programs, we would be happy to sit down with you to answer your questions and help you get on the right track. You have the opportunity to speak privately with one of our personal trainers, wellness coaches, or athletic trainers.
