Group Training Sessions
Group Training Sessions are an affordable option that ensures success for a wide variety of needs and individuals. Sessions are designed to incorporate functional strength training and cardiovascular fitness for small and large groups and are led by a degreed and certified personal trainer. Salus classes emphasize functional strength and cardiovascular fitness in a fun and safe environment and are one hour in length. Over 20 one hour classes are offered each week to fit your schedule. No two classes are the same.
